The Board is the Governing Authority and subject to any directions from a General Meeting, it also directs the affairs of the Society. Its procedure, powers and duties is prescribed in the Act and Rules.
THE BOARD
The Board is elected by and from the membership and consists of a minimum of five and not more than Nine. The Executive Committee shall include the Chairman, Vice-chairman, Treasurer and Honorary Secretary, all of whom shall be elected from amongst the members of the board of directors. The following members are the current management committee members.
